All designs are made by us and each product is made to order. We use a combination of print on demand services, print in house, and outsourced manufacturers to print our graphic designs for speed and quality. Some items will ship separately.

Processing

Orders take approximately 3-7  business days to create.  In some cases, additional delays may occur due to items on back order.  All orders shipped will receive a tracking number via the email provided during check out.

Shipping

Free Shipping automatically applied on minimum orders of $75. Due to increasing demand and worldwide COVID-19 related closures, we may experience delays in overall production and shipping. Return Policy

Black RoyalTees will not cancel ANY order after receiving payment due to automatic production of merchandise.  We will accept for return, items that are damaged or printed in error. Returns must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. A full refund will be processed for items received within 30 days of receipt of order. Items cannot be exchanged after 30 days of receipt of order.  Items must have all tags attached and be in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required with all returns.

 

Once we receive the returned item, you will be notified and it will be inspected thoroughly.   If approved, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.  You are responsible for all shipping costs which are non-refundable.
